First fruits of my labor are in. I planted spring mix lettuce about 3 weeks ago and last night we enjoyed it for dinner. Very yummy salad with a simple vinaigrette dressing: dash of olive oil, dash of balsamic vinaigrette and a clove of garlic! The flavor of the fresh lettuce is amazing.
